JOHN KOWALSKI

With more than 25 years of agency, corporate and start-up B2B marketing and brand experience, John's passion is to use all of the tools of creative marketing to provide true ROI and value. Over the course of his career, he's had the good fortune to see how sound strategic planning and creative execution can work to drive success in a variety of industries and working with individuals, fire and emergency service organizations, small start-ups, mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. 

He applied unique Integrative Marketing Fusion, which includes branding, strategy and marketing expertise, process improvements, and change disciplines, to help leaders excel by strengthening their brands.

John has worked as head of Marketing for
Byk-Gardner Instruments, leading strategy and integrative marketing fusion to strengthen brands, improve efficiencies and effectiveness while driving company growth. He has also held positions as Director of Strategic Marketing for X-Rite, VP of Marketing for Variable, Inc. and Creative Manager for Herman Miller.

He has also served as a human rights activist and was a volunteer firefighter for over 7 years with the Lone Oak Volunteer Fire Department near Chattanooga, Tennessee. 

Along with B2B marketing, music is and has always been a passion as well as cooking.
